Happy Easter!

As you can tell from these pictures, it is very difficult to get pictures of Addie looking at the camera these days....especially smiling. Unfortunately, Easter was no exception. She did not want to have her picture taken at all that day, so we mainly got "action" shots of her...definitely not what I had in mind for our Easter pictures. Oh well, maybe next year will be better!

Thanks Mimi and Grandad for such a great week! We love you all very much!

She was so upset that she was confined and wasn't running around playing. She kept saying, "Down, down." We gave up after this one.

Playing at Mimi and Grandad's House

We spent lots of time outside hunting eggs and playing ball. Addie loves being outside!

Easter Egg Hunt at Woodland Park

Addie got to go to an Easter Egg Hunt at Mimi and Grandad's church. The man in charge kept talking and wouldn't let the kids start, and Addie did not understand why she couldn't go get the eggs that were right in front of her. Mimi had to hold her back at the beginning until the man said "GO". Addie seems so confused about why she can't just go get the eggs.

She always wanted to stop and open the eggs when she found them...she didn't quite grasp the concept of getting lots of eggs.

A Surprise Visit to Grandad's Drugstore

While we were in Chattanooga, we made a trip to see Grandad while he was working. Addie loved getting to stand on the counter and talk on the phone.

Taking a prescription from a doctor over the phone.

A Whole Week With Mimi and Grandad!

Addie and I got to spend the week before Easter with Mimi and Grandad while Rod was in Spain visiting Lee Ann before she moves back to the U.S. in a couple of weeks. These are a few pictures of our trip to the park. Addie LOVES the slide! I love watching her climb the ladder all by herself, and when she gets to the top of the slide she always says, "Ready, Set, Go!"
